30 Days of Reflection

You're about to spend 30 days taking apart what isn't yours. This is where what that stirs up in you goes.

What's Included:

Not Mine to Carry has you mapping your family line, week by week. That's the work you signed up for.

But somewhere in that mapping, something else happens too: a memory surfaces, a pattern you recognise in yourself and not just your family, a moment you have to put the pen down.

Without this guide, that part disappears the second it happens. You finish with a completed map and nothing to show for what the process actuallyĀ uncoveredĀ for you, your deep inner reflections.

What's in it: Four reflection pages, one for each week of the challenge, matched to what you're mapping that week.
How to use it: Read that week's prompts before your mapping work or after, whichever you prefer. Use your own journal to write your answers, and come back to it anytime, through all 30 days or long after.
How it helps: By the end you'll have two things in front of you: a completed map of where you came from, and a record of who you were becoming while you looked. Keep both.

"Not Mine to Carry asks you to look at where you came from. This guide asks you to notice who you're becoming while you look. I wanted you to have somewhere for that to go too."
