Over the past 20+ years, I've worked with more than a thousand women through events, retreats and 1:1 mentoring, supporting their personal growth and spiritual development, including intuition, psychic ability, mediumship and healing.

Before this work, I spent more than a decade in corporate leadership.

My life changed after the sudden death of my sister. What began as grief quickly unravelled my own trauma, abusive childhood and the patterns I had spent years surviving rather than understanding.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life.

It uncovered my generational mediumship and healing abilities and led me onto a soul path I could no longer ignore.

I left my corporate career and followed a path that brought together everything I had learned about people, human behaviour, trauma, awareness, healing and spiritual development.

Since then, I have dedicated my life to helping others understand themselves more deeply, trust themselves more fully and develop their intuition, psychic ability and mediumship in a way that is grounded, ethical and real.

What I've learned is this:

Intuition, psychic ability, mediumship and healing do not develop separately from the person.

They develop through the person.

Which means your personal growth, self-awareness, nervous system, perception, emotional patterns and life experiences all directly impact what you receive and how you interpret it.

That's why my work combines personal growth, nervous system awareness and disciplined spiritual development.

Not as separate things.

But as a structured process that helps you develop greater awareness of yourself, your patterns, your perception and the information you receive.

Because developing intuition, psychic ability or mediumship isn't simply about learning techniques.

It's about developing the capacity to see clearly.

To understand yourself.

To trust your perception.

And to work with what you're receiving in a way that is grounded, ethical and real.

I've been where you are

I know what it's like to feel as though you're doing everything you're supposed to be doing and still wonder why your development isn't progressing the way you expected.

I know what it's like to question yourself.

To have moments where everything makes sense, followed by periods where nothing seems clear.

To experience flashes of insight and connection, only to feel like they've disappeared again.

For many years, my own development felt like navigating through a dark tunnel.

Every now and then there would be a glimpse of light.

A breakthrough. A moment of clarity.

And then I would find myself searching again.

Trying to understand what I was missing.

Trying to work out why some things felt easy one day and difficult the next.

What I eventually realised was that spiritual development is often far more complex than we're taught.

And that many of the answers people are looking for aren't found by doing more.

They're found by learning to look at the journey differently.
