Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked with more than a thousand women through events, classes, workshops and 1:1 mentoring, supporting their personal growth and spiritual development, including intuition, psychic ability, mediumship and healing.
My journey started with the sudden death of my sister. My grief unravelled my trauma and abusive childhood and that period didn't lead me to spirituality in the way most people think. It forced me to look at what was actually happening in my body, my nervous system, and my behaviour.
What I found again and again in myself and in the women I work with was this:
Highly aware. Highly intuitive. Deeply capable. And completely unable to trust themselves. Not because they lacked the ability. Because they didn't have the framework to understand what they were experiencing or develop it properly.
So they stayed stuck. Went in circles. Or ended up in environments that reinforced confusion instead of building clarity.
That's exactly why I developed a way of teaching that combines personal growth, nervous system work and disciplined spiritual development not as separate things, but as a structured process.
