I've run Not Mine to Carry many times, and I can tell you what tends to happen. You get partway through, sometimes during, sometimes after, and you hit something you can't place on your own.

That's where this session is different from just talking it through. I bring the psychic and mediumship work into it alongside the coaching, and that combination is what tends to surface what's actually missing, a piece of information about a family member, an adoption nobody mentioned, a disconnected relative who explains a pattern that's been running for generations. Every family line is different. What comes up is different every time.
