Hello! I'm Sunita - Medium, Teacher of Personal Growth + Spiritual Development.

 

I'm the creator and brains behind the Personal Evolution: Pathways Program and my passion is helping high achieving, capable women like you to feel grounded in herself and her world. 

My journey started with the sudden death of my sister and my grief unravelled my trauma and abusive childhood. 

That period didn’t lead me to “spirituality” in the way most people think. It forced me to look at what was actually happening in my body, my nervous system, and my behaviour.

Now, with over two decade of experience in this field, I’ve developed a way of teaching that combines personal growth, nervous system work, and disciplined spiritual development not as separate things, but as a structured process.

Because what I saw, again and again, was this:

Women who are highly aware, highly intuitive, and deeply capable… but who don’t trust themselves, don’t understand what they’re experiencing, and don’t have the framework to develop it properly.

So they stay stuck. Or they go in circles. Or they end up in environments that reinforce confusion instead of building clarity.

What I teach is different.

This is not about “having a gift”. It’s about building the capacity to understand yourself, trust your perception, and develop it in a way that is grounded, repeatable, and real.
